// Eight findings

Open each one. The claim is on top, the number is underneath.

51 → 50phone calls, May → June

What the report said

Total leads +18% month over month. Cost per lead down 15%. A bullet even notes the lift came from “adding a new Form Submit goal in June.”

What actually happened

Phone calls — the one metric measured the same way both months — went from 51 in May to 50 in June. Flat. Form submits went 0 → 10 only because they started counting them. The growth is the new goal, not new demand.

What it means for Saga

This is the exact “leads up 500%” pattern you flagged, repeated in the newest report. Real demand didn't move.

// The pattern

  • CPL “improving”Down 2% over an entire quarter.
  • “Strong CTR” on Display3 leads from 344K impressions at $268 each.
  • Six communities managed$1,000/mo at one runs fully untracked.
  • Budget “optimized”Best converter got a quarter of the worst's spend.

Same facts. What a report is supposed to tell you — and what this one didn't.
